About The Author

Dennis Fancett was born and grew up in South East London, and was involved in leading a Church there for many years. In 2003 he re-located to South East Northumberland to help start a new Christian Church. He was part of the leadership team of that Church until early 2022 and remains an active member of it.

Between 2022 and 2026 Dennis worked for the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle

Dennis is married to Kay and they have 2 children, both of whom are now adults and living away from home.

Dennis and Kay enjoy walking, particularly along Northumberland’s beautiful coast path, and Dennis also chairs a voluntary pro-rail campaign group called SENRUG
